A Mississippi man took a firm stance on Wednesday against saving the planet.

“Where I come from, here in America, we throw stuff out and we don’t get it back,” the man said. “I don’t want to use somebody else’s paper!”

The man, who did not want to be identified, reportedly drives a giant pickup truck but never has to transport bulky objects.

Not surprisingly, sources confirmed the man thinks the recent solar eclipse was punishment for the Obama years.

“I don’t understand how science works,” the man said proudly.
