FBI Director James B. Comey provides a certificate to Bishop Calvin Woods at the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute (BCRI) on May 25, 2016 in Birmingham, Alabama. Bishop Woods was referenced in a speech Comey provided earlier in the day and was recognized for his efforts during the Civil Rights Movement in Birmingham during the 1960s. Comey provided remarks on civil rights and law enforcement at the historic 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham. Comey's speech was part of a two-day conference co-sponsored by the FBI and BCRI. The conference theme "Race and Law Enforcement: It's More Than Just Black and White" expands on previous lessons and discussions from conferences of years past.

The family of former FBI director James Comey is concerned that he is having trouble readjusting to a normal family life.

“He wears his suit all around the house,” his wife explained. “He still thinks he’s the head of the FBI.”

Comey noted that his favorite family activity is cutting carrots because it reminds him of tearing his former orange boss apart.

“I hate that guy,” said Comey. “Guess I should have kept my mouth shut about those damn emails.”

His family also noted that Comey keeps hitting his head on their low ceilings, which apparently are “much lower than they are in Washington.”
